The general manager was not very pleasant upon arrival. Asked why the light on the phone was blinking. She didn't know and didn'tknow how to fix it. Side door wasn't working. Asked her and she said that it sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't. Why would they put a family of 5 above us. All they did was jump around. When I called She said that they have until 9:30. Lots of kids running up and down the hallway. My daughter had to get up really early and drive home. Didn't get much sleep. My son said the food didn't look very fresh or warm. The carpet had a sticky stain on it. Knobs were loose and or falling off. Used to stay there a long time ago and it was great, not anymore.

Staff was excellent, very helpful. Breakfast is an average hotel breakfast. Cleanliness was good except for the big black hairs on the side of the shower wall. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it is above average for cleanliness and comfort and is in a convenient location. Would stay here again. Reasonably priced.
