Designed with families and groups of up to 8 in mind, our cabin combines modern comforts with the cozy mountain atmosphere you`re looking for. You`ll be close to Lake Arrowhead`s lake trails, local dining and a market, with the Village less than a 5-minute drive away. After a day exploring the mountains, come home to the gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and fire pit under the pines.

**Guest Pricing:** Our nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. For groups of 5–8, an additional $20 per guest, per night applies for guests beyond the first four. This allows us to offer a more attractive rate for couples and smaller groups while fairly accounting for the additional use and amenities required by larger groups.

We designed our home away from home to make your mountain stay a breeze.
Enjoy our newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen while making home-cooked meals for your family and friends. Get cozy on our leather couch, while you watch a movie and play board games by the fire. Take a walk around the neighborhood offering beautiful lake views each step of the way and lake trail access. Mix up a crafty cocktail at the bar while looking out the open windows at the towering pine trees and twinkling market lights. There are plenty of throw blankets, pillows and comfortable rooms to make you and your guests feel right at home. Enjoy your cup of morning coffee on the front porch in peace, cook a delicious meal on the propane BBQ outside and roast s`mores at the outdoor fire pit under the stars.

Kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove, drip coffee, french press, blender, knife set, tea kettle, cooking & baking basics, spices, dishware & flatware for both kids and adults, breakfast table and counter bar stool seating.

Living Space invites you with a cozy modern interior and includes a gas fireplace, Roku TV so you can log into your favorite apps, cocktail bar cart, board games & playing cards, and plenty of seating between the cozy couch and accent chairs.

Downstairs you will also find one primary bedroom and one full bath.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms including a family bunk room and one full bathroom.

All main bedrooms are equipped with USB charging ports, portable fans, suitcase stands and ample closet space.

Outside space features a propane barbecue, dining picnic table, plenty of seating and entertaining area with a propane fire pit under market lights in the quiet of the pine tree covered mountains.

Parking and EV Charging port is available in the driveway and directly in front of home - 2 vehicles. Our home is located off a plowed/maintained road.

Newly remodeled means brand new windows and HVAC system to keep you cool in the summer months and warm in the cold snowy winters!

For families traveling with little one(s), we want your stay to be as easy as possible - believe me, we get it! For your convenience we`ve included a baby gate, travel pack `n play crib, travel high chair, sound machine, washable bib, stepping stool, and children dinnerware & utensils. As with most vintage homes, the stairs are steep. Please use the baby gate in the downstairs linen closet to keep little ones safe from the indoor staircase, and watch them closely in the outdoor space.

Guests have access to the entire home.

There is a detached garage that is not accessible to guests yet, but there is plenty of room for parking two vehicles in front of the house on our driveway, and off of the street.

🌲 Lake Arrowhead – Lake & Trail Access

Guests staying at our cabin are eligible to access Lake Arrowhead, the ALA shoreline trails, and reserve strips during their stay.

Please let us know in advance if you would like lake/trail access. We must register each guest with the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) prior to your visit. We will need the name and email address of each guest who will be using ALA property, along with your dates of stay.

Guests must complete the required ALA waiver and follow all ALA rules. When using ALA property, please carry photo identification and the ALA membership/RFID card provided for your stay.

Please note: STR guests do not have access to the Tavern Bay or Burnt Mill Beach Clubs, ALA parks, fishing dock, courtesy docks, or Lone Pine Island. Private docks are also off limits unless specifically authorized for your stay.

Please return the ALA access card to the cabin after use. Lost cards may be subject to a replacement fee.

EV Charging - There is a 50 amp outlet for EV charging located just outside the back entrance next to the driveway.

We won`t be available in person during your stay but are always available to answer any questions. Our full-time cleaner is a few minutes away and can help with any pressing issues.

Palisades is a charming neighborhood covered in towering pine trees and nestled above Emerald Bay of Lake Arrowhead. Take a walk around the quiet neighborhood and enjoy lake views each step of the way, plus access to the lake trails.

Tucked up above the 173, offering easy access especially in the winter. Situated adjacent to Cedar Glen, we are walking distance to a cute Jensen`s grocery store & deli, Miller’s Landing event venue, local shops and Cedar Glen Inn, a quaint local diner offering breakfast, lunch & dinner.

The Lake Arrowhead Village is just a 5 minute drive from our home and offers lake access, restaurants, shops, outdoor concerts, Stater Bros. grocery store and more!

Blue Jay is just a 10 minute drive from our home offering Starbucks, a movie theater, a larger Jensen`s grocery store and more local shops and restaurants.

If you`re looking to adventure further, you can check out SkyPark at Santa`s Village, Lake Gregory, McKay Park and/or venture further to Big Bear or Snow Valley for winter fun and more!

There is one camera/flood light outside the back entrance pointing toward the driveway.

We want you to enjoy our outdoor space as much as we do, please just keep in mind this is a quiet neighborhood and be respectful of neighbors. Lake Arrowhead has very strict noise restrictions and we want to preserve the peace and quiet of the mountains.

This is a non-smoking property.

During the winter, a four-wheeled drive car or chains may be necessary to get up to the home.

Please use handrails on all steps, both indoor and outdoor. If you have children, you are responsible for their safety at all times.
No shoes inside the house. No unauthorized guests outside of the reservation allowed.

(Effective if booked after 9/16/2026) This property requires a $250 security deposit hold. It will be collected separately by the property 2 days prior to check in.
Guests are required to sign Rental Agreement.

ANY dogs brought without permission or that breaks any of these rules will result in a fee and dog/guests may be asked to leave the premises without refund and forfeiture of security deposit.


If you need to empty trash during your stay, please leave the bags inside the garage. Garage door opener is in the drawer next to the fridge.

Snow & Chain Control Policy
During winter months, guests acknowledge that snow and icy conditions are possible. Guests are solely responsible for monitoring weather conditions, road closures, and chain control requirements set by Caltrans or local authorities.

Failure to bring or install required snow chains does not constitute a reason for cancellation, refund, or early departure.
