I would not stay here again if you paid me. The room was dirty and looked as if items were just wiped down and not cleaned. I couldn't sit on the couch because of all the unknown stains left on it. The kitchen didn't have everything you needed to cook for a week's stay. This was the whole point of me selecting this hotel. The curtains were ripped and had either dirty or black mold on it. There was no hot water while taking a shower, only luke warm than cold. The gym looks nothing like the picture on the website. If you have accommodations for long term stays, you should have a gym that reflects this. I thought housekeeping stole five large headbands that I had by the sink. I called the front desk to complain, and they said they had them there. Why? Because they didn't pay attention and put them in with the dirty towels that I had on the floor. Did I get a call or note from the front desk saying they had them? No. Did they offer to bring them back up to me? No. I had to go back down and get them. Breakfast was good.

The pool had too much chlorine and we couldn't breath very well. Was foggy and water dripping from the ceilings. The hot tub didn't work. My grandson got sick due to the poor pool conditions. They shortened their 2 day stay to 1 because of this.

The staff was wonderful. The room was decent but had wear and tear. My main complaint was the pool area was filthy, mold on the walls of the pool, jets in hot tub didnt work and overall was just dirty. We typically always stay somewhere with a pool for the kids and we swam for less than 30 minutes before I made everyone go shower.

We left

We picked a room with a sofa bed to accommodate our family. We went to 3 different rooms where all of the sofa mattresses were stained with blood, and dirt. The sofa cushions were ripped and dust was accumulated on top of the back of the sofa in one of the roomsThe room was run down- stains and holes on the carpet. Bathroom looked rough too. We ended up leaving. . The woman at the desk was so nice and seemed shocked herself that the sofa beds were in that condition. She tried to find us a clean room. We ended up leaving after the third room we went to was also run down.

Terrible. Couldn’t even check in. Pulled up and the entire parking lot was blocked off and surrounded by swat. Police everywhere with guns drawn. The hotel was evacuated. Everyone was standing outside. We watched as the swat team went in in full armor with shields and a door buster. No way were we staying there with 2 kids! And icing on the cake, we still haven’t received a refund. DO NOT stay here! Upon further investigation there has been a homicide there before, a guy was arrested there for child enticement just a few weeks ago. They can make any hotel look good online… don’t be duped like us. Stay far far away!
