From when you first entered the lot, it was bad. The parking lot is horrible. The entrance was was dirty and smelled of cleaner. The walk to the room was dirty. The walls seemed to have grime on them. The carpet was stained and very gross! Our room door did not lock unless it was pushed very hard. The toilet seat was broken and had to be pushed back to sit and use the restroom. The shower surround was crack and the water pressure was no where to be found. I would never stay in this hotel

The place was really dirty and there was a heavy smell like urinal cake but way way more potent. I'm not sensitive to smells like my my wife, and it was burning my nose. We walked into the room and immediately had to kill a live cockroach. We did not stay here, but were billed anyway. We were there less than 15 minutes. When I was trying to discuss the issue with the front desk he immediately became really rude and was blaming Wyndam for the smell. This is the worst experience at a hotel that I have ever had by a longshot.

Our room was clean enough, but the building definitely shows signs of wear. One night we came into the building and the entire lobby was full of crickets. We did find a couple roaches in room as well. The location was pretty convenient though.

The cleaning in my room was limited. Towels were changed every day, but my bed was never made. The carpet in the interior hallways needs to either be cleaned or replaced.

Hallway carpets dirty,the hallway itself smelled like dirty feet and rotten onions. Staff at front desk had an attitude. And the place reminded me of a frat house with people just sitting in the stairwells. The only good is the room was clean,even the burn hole in the comforter. Won’t ever stay there again.

Only problem was check-in. Front office was vacant with 2 conflicting instructions on how to contact someone via phone. Unsure if either method worked as audio level was so low as to be unheard. Someone did show up though so something worked. Other than that, all was just find.
