Room was according my expectations. The shower floor was slippery and there wasn’t any handle to prevent a fall. Dangerous for seniors.

Room phones didn't get fixed after having reminded front desk twice, had to get down to lobby multiple times unnecessarily. Please do not use laundry service, it overly priced and its very poorly designed to understand the format ,which would never be explained when picking up laundry
