Room keys rarely worked had to get 7 different keys to get in my room 3 different times. Shower had no traction causing a slip and hard rail was held in with smallest anchors not securing rail properly. Beds were uncomfortable, and a desk lamp didnt work. Rust also showing on back of restroom door frame due to weak exhaust fan in restroom. Shower curtain barley hit top of tub allowing water to leak in to floor as well.

The only thing I had a problem with is the elevator was dirty and the area in front of the elevator on first floor had something spilled and it was still there when we checked out. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, loved the shower, the room could’ve used a little deeper cleaning. I would stay here again because it wasn’t disgustingly dirty just need some tlc.

Musty smells ,,needs to be remodeled updates to mattresses for sure was a rough nite Furniture, tvs. Breakfast was ok, but could be better, no bacon . Was decent not any 3 star. The staff was pleasant, had hot water for showers. thanks 😊

Stayed here for a 70th birthday. We had two rooms booked and one smelled horrible. Under the bed was full of trash and carpets were stained. The furniture was falling apart in one room. I was not impressed with this hotel.

Check in was horrible. However, it wasn't the hotel's fault but rather Hotels.com. Hotels.com failed to submit our reservation to the hotel so the hotel did not have the reservation upon attempting to check in. The hotel staff and manager were extremely helpful and we were eventually able to check in but not before having to contact Hotels.com to have them send the reservation to the hotel.
