"The hotel was very well priced and reasonably located within 10-15 min walk from the train station. There are many shops, restaurants, supermarkets near by. We were given a second floor room with a balcony. The view and light is great. The beds were very comfy and the continental breakfast was very filling- lots of varieties. If I ever go back to Luzern I would stay there again"

"It was a lovely property to stay at. The lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and had all the necessary amenities/toiletries. The view from my room was gorgeous as it looked out into Old Town. The one factor I didn't really like was that the cleaning team starts very early in the day (around maybe 8am) and the noise would echo through the hall to my room. I wanted to catch up on some sleep but wasn't able to due to the noise. The hotel location was very convenient. I would still want to come back to stay at this hotel the next time i visit Lucerne."
