"We walk into the room and it smelled milky.
The drapes were partially hanging off the rod. In the bathroom their were brown spots on the wall around the toilet holder. There were several marks on the bathroom frame.
I called the front desk and was told no one was there to help with the issues so I tried to fix the drapes and clean the concerning spots.
What really shocked us though was when I notified the front desk of a person acting erratic in the parking lot. The person was in the parking lot dancing and singing then talking like they were having a real conversation. I was in my room for at least 2 hours and when I came out they were still there, in the same spot doing the same things. It was so dangerous because by this time it was dusk and was hard to see them.
I went to the front desk and asked for security and was told there was none and I proceeded to tell the desk clerk about the situation and she said "oh no, they're still here"? I said you need to call the police then and she asked me "why, are they bothering you"? I was speechless for a moment and said this is a dangerous situation. People are driving in and out and families are walking around. She was refusing to call anyone and I said I'm not leaving until you call the police. She finally moaned about it and said "oh, alright. For whatever reason she didn't want to call anyone. I said as a guest i should feel safe.
The room rates are not cheap but the rooms are. Definitely not worth the price."
