Une petite maison de bourg très bien rénovée !

Déclaratif de l'annonce exact, un beau petit patio en entrant reposant et bien aménagé, un logement ancien refait à neuf, sans un grain de poussière !! TOP (seule fois où je n'ai pas fait de ménage en arrivant!!)👍 La cuisine est très bien équipée, la literie est très bonne, aucun brut de voisinage. 1 toilette à chaque niveau ! 🙂Parking très appréciable 2 places ou une grosse voiture large. J'aime beaucoup le charme de l'ancien rénové, où on trouve encore des petites touches "d'époque" (moulure bois à l'intérieur du placard de la cuisine, les portes de chambre vitrées (mais repeintes pour l'intimité) avec poignées en porcelaine d'origine, les petites marches pour aller dans la chambre du fonds, le plafond bas quand on redescend ces mêmes marches (ouille 1 fois, 2 fois mais pas 3 ! 😂) Tous commerces à proximité, les cloches de l'église ne sonnent pas entre 23h et 6h. Une belle plage à 5 min en voiture⛱🌊 (et d'autres toutes aussi jolies à proximité), les routes sont belles et l'accès est facile pour toutes directions. Seul bémol pour moi (j'habite en campagne...) : bruit de la route principale qui traverse le bourg, surtout quand certains sont très pressés... 😤 Je recommande et vous souhaite de bonnes vacances !!
