You can look forward to a spacious 4-room house with 115 square meters of living space spread across two levels. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only) and a flat-screen TV. One bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 190 cm long. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower and toilet on this level. Electric heating is available throughout the house.

The upper floor houses two additional bedrooms: one with a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), and another with two bunk beds (140 cm wide, 190 cm long). There is another shower and toilet on this level, along with electric heating. Enjoy the outdoor spaces with a roofed terrace, a partially roofed terrace, and a garden area. Terrace furniture and a barbecue are provided for your convenience. The house also offers a washing machine, a high chair for children, and a baby cot.
