Excellent location

The apartment is in a perfect location to visit Cesky Krumlov. Lots of great places to visit, excellent restaurants, and beautiful scenery. Overall, it was a great visit. Communication with our host was difficult, and for his own reason was reluctant to honor our booking agreement. It was only with the assistance of the VRBO representative and the host's colleague that we were able to resolve the misunderstanding. In summary, excellent location, just be prepared for difficult communication.

Don’t book this property

We contacted the host the day before we arrived to get check-in instructions and he denied we had a booking, even though we paid months earlier and had a receipt and booking confirmation. Our family of six was left rushing to find alternative accommodation at the last minute and are still waiting for a refund. Not happy.
