What a lovely find. Such a quaint and charming place. Really lovely staff, room was nice and well kept, lovely little area to ait outaide the room. Such a nice building with nice gardens. Located in a fantastix place onmy 5.mins walk to central Alacati. Highly Reccommend. Thank you

MÜKEMMEL

Çalışanlar çok güler yuzluydu. Sabah kahvaltilari harikaydi. Odalar tam Alaçatı havasini hissettiren şekilde tasarlanmıştı. Konum oldukca iyiydi. 5 dkda Alaçatı çarşıya ulasabildik.

Das Personal war super nett und die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der nähe von der Stadt Alacati . Erreichbarkeit in ca 5-10 Minuten fuß weg .

Harika otel

Alaçatı çarşıya çok yakın önündeki sokakta herzaman araç için yer bulabiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltıları gayet nezih odalar iyi durumda ve geniş. Tek sıkıntı odada priz sayısının azlığı ve banyodaki duş başlığının sürekli düşmesi idi. Bu problemleri bildirdik ve otel görevlileri çözeceklerini belirttiler. Bunların haricinde kahvalti saatleri 9-11 ancak son gun erken yola çıkmamızdan dolayi ricamiz uzerine bize özel 8de kahvaltı verildi bunun için ayrica teşekkür ettik. Kahvaltı gayet güzel hersey taze ve günlük çıkıyor. Yatak cok rahat değildi gıcırtı yapıyordu. Genel olarak değerlendirmek gerekirse hizmet kalitesi gayet iyi kesinlikle tekrardan kalırım.

Depodan Bozma Standart Oda Kandırmacası

2 gece konaklama için Hotels.com sitesi üzerinden rezervasyon yaptık ama rezervasyon sırasında standart oda için sadece yatak resmi bulunuyordu. Bu durumdan tam emin olamadığımız rezervasyon öncesi aynı yeri ets ve tatilsepeti üzerinden de araştırdık ve standart oda için çok güzel resimler gördük. Otele giriş için gittiğimizde bize otel binasının arkasında çamaşır odası ve mutfağın yanında depodan bozma bir odayı göstererek standart odanın o olduğunu söylediler. İçeri girdiğimizde zaten kapının yarısının önünü yatağın kapladığını gördük. En kötü kısmı ise odada tuvalet camı büyüklüğünde bir cam vardı sadece. İlk gece görevliye bunu belirttğimizde ekstrasını ödersek başka odaya geçebileceğimizi belirtti. Odada tuvalet camından bozma bir cam olduğu için oda çok havasız ve duş alıp çıktıktan sonra gece geldiğimizde tüm oda rutubet kokuyordu. Saatlerce o kokuyla uyumaya çalıştık. Bunun haricinde oda özelliklerinde TV var yazıyor ama odada TV YOK. Diyebilirsiniz yaz tatilinde ne yapacaksın TV’yi ama otele girş yaptığım saatte dünya kupası finali başlamıştı ve tam onu izlemeyi planlıyordum ama o da yalan oldu.Yiğidi öldür ama hakkını yeme diye bir laf vardır. O yüzden iyi yanlarını da söylemek istiyorum. Kahvaltı ve konumu gerçekten çok güzel. Konum ve kahvaltıdan dolayı 2 yıldız veriyorum ama karanlık bir depo da konaklattıkları için, özelliklerinde yazan tv’nin odada bulunmamasından dolayı ve odada bulunan sudan bile para aldıkları için bir daha asla diyorum ve tavsiye etmiyorum

Rezervasyon yaptırdığınız odayı teyit edin.

Otel 8 odalı 2 katlı diye yazmasına rağmen bize arka bahçede yeni yaptıkları (9.oda) müşkelimattan çevirme odayı ayırmışlardı. Oda ışık almayan küçücük pencersi olan tek katlı küçücük bir odaydı. Bu konuyla ilgili otel sahibi ile sorun yaşadık. Otel sahibi kendi kaldığı odayı bize tahsis ederek (150 TL fark ödedik ) sorunumuz çözüldü. Rezervasyon yaparken ana binada olup olmadığını sormanızda fayda var. Bu sorunumuzu hallettikten sonra tatilimiz iyi geçti. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü, yardımcı olmaya yatkın kişiler. Kahvaltılar rutin ama kalitesi iyiydi. Konum olarak Alaçatı merkeze yakın. Balkonda otururken halı saha maçlarını izleyebilirsiniz :)

Huzurlu bir tatil isteyenlere...

Her şey çok güzeldi, otelin yeri merkeze çok yakın olduğundan gece rahat ettik. Oda çok temizdi, kahvaltı çok lezzetli, personel güler yüzlüydü. Kesinlikle tekrar gideceğiz.
