Poor on management and response to guests
Publié le 7 mars 2020 sur HotelsThe property doing some construction at 10 am on Saturday. The construction is very noisy and woke me up from dept slept. The property very poor on management of something such this and they didn't care on guests check-in because this kind of work or noisy work they can do it after check-out time (after noon time). When I call to noticed at front desk they said, the subcontractor available only at that time! OMG... how the property such this couldn't manage something like this.
