Apartment Les Drus is a modern and spacious apartment comfortably sleeping 6 guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen, bright and airy living spaces and a sunny balcony with truly stunning views of the Mont Blanc Massif, the perfect spot to watch an alpine sunset. Located in a quiet and charming area of Champraz between Chamonix and the village of Les Praz, it is well suited to both families or groups of friends.


Apartment Details
The apartment is on the 4th floor of an apartment building with a lift. It has an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with a large, comfy sofa, TV and dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a utility area with a washing machine/dryer. Off the living area is a sunny balcony with table and chairs. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 is a twin room with two single beds and bedroom 3 sleeps 2 in a set of bunk beds. Bathroom 1 has a shower over a bath, basin and WC and bathroom 2 has a monsoon shower, basin and WC. Externally there is one designated parking space in an underground car park and a ski locker.


Apartment Location
Apartment Les Drus is located in the peaceful Champraz area in between Chamonix and the village of Les Praz. It is around a 20 minute walk into Chamonix centre and a 15 minute walk to the Flegere gondola in Les Praz. With a car the gondola is just a 3 minute drive therefore we would recommend that guests bring a car to make the most of their stay. The village of Les Praz has an épicerie, a handful of restaurants and a popular bar. Apartment Les Drus is perfect for those keen to explore the Chamonix Valley but wanting a quiet spot, with a great sense of space and fantastic views to make their holiday base.


What’s Included
Self-catered bookings include linen/towels for 6 guests, end of stay cleaning and local taxe de séjour (tourist tax). This allows you to benefit from the Carte d’Hotes giving you free travel on the trains and reductions on entry to the museums and other attractions. Standard check-in is between 4-8pm and check-out is by 10am. Early or late check-in and check-out might be available and can be booked through your guest area.
