Comfortable studio for 2 people, offering WiFi, a balcony, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, and free underground parking. Conveniently situated in Cham Sud, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops just a few steps away. The magnificent Aiguille du Midi is only a 3-minute drive from the studio. The main pedestrian street is within a short walking distance, and the Chamonix Sud bus stop and Aiguille du Midi train stop are both just 3 minutes away .

This is a NON-SMOKING apartment.

Perfect Location

Easy access to the bus stop. Spa supermarket opposite, ski shops and restaurant/bars. Was a little noisy at times but nothing to be concerned about.Apartment very clean and tidy with plenty of cups, plates, glasses etc.
