Very nice & cosy 65sqm apartment, completely renovated and offering a breathtaking view of Chamonix and the Mont Blanc chain and its peaks. Perfectly equipped to fully enjoy with family or friends, your memories will be numerous in our property. You will finally appreciate its location, less than 5 min walk from the city center and the Brevent lift. Especially after leaving your car in the residence's parking lot which will not move anymore during your entire stay.
Located on the 2nd floor, this accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 mountain corner with bunk bed which is also suitable for adults. You will have a shower room, 2 toilets and a sink in the master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to fully enjoy the savoyard flavors, especially thanks to the raclette and fondue machines at your disposal. The fireplace is unfortunately not functional but this does not detract from the warmth of the cosy living room, providing also a large TV + Amazon Stick TV + high speed internet. A functional laundry room is also at your disposal. All that remains is to enjoy the sunset while savoring a glass of Savoy wine on the balcony.
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. Just a few steps away from the Brevent ski lift, where you can access breathtaking hikes in the summer, especially to the Lac Blanc, and beautiful ski slopes in the winter. You will also find at the departure of Le Brevent the offices of paragliding professionals with whom you can fly away for a daydream. Only 5 minutes walk from the city center with a return trip a little more sportive. This is unfortunately the price to pay to enjoy the breathtaking view from the apartment.
Easy to reach by car, you can park your car in the car park provided and then get around on foot. Whether you want to start your hikes, go skiing for the day or get to the town centre, you can do it all on foot. Watch out for the slope on the way up from the centre. The bus stop is less than 5 minutes' walk from your flat and will take you to the rest of the resort and even the valley. To discover the rest of the region by car, allow 30/40 minutes for Megève / St Gervais and 1h15 for Geneva / Annecy.

Walking distance to town. Since the apartment is at the base of mountain resort Brevant, it’s a walk uphill from town. But unit is central, well appointed. The “third” bedroom of bunks is more of a converted closet, so best for teens not adults.

PERFECT LOCATION Anything in Chamnix is either closer to gondola or to the town centre. The gondola is uphill from the town centre. This condo is right next to the gondola, within a 100m (horizontal) walk. You literally walk only 20m uphill. Anything downhill from the condo (closer to town centre) results in an uphill walk to the gondola. The location is still a short walk from the main shoppng & dining streets in central Chamonix. Much easier in regular shoes and without skis on the shoulder.
