## Logement
Warm, spacious, bright and well-appointed, it comprises:

- Ground floor:
1 twin bedroom 80*190 with shower room, washbasin and WC ;
1 twin or double 90*200 bedroom with shower room, washbasin and WC;
1 twin or double room 90*200 with shower room, washbasin and WC;
1 twin or double 90*200 bedroom with shower room, washbasin and WC;

- 1st floor:
A large living/dining room with access to a large balcony and views of the Mont Blanc range;
An open-plan kitchen with utility room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer;
A large double bedroom with a 160cm double bed and direct access to a bathroom with shower, washbasins and separate WC.

- 2nd floor mezzanine:
Bedroom with single bed, pull-out bed and a shower room, WC and washbasin.

The following facilities are available:
Gas heating, underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the first floor, 2 fridges, 1 dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster/kettle, fondue and raclette, children's games and books available, TV and wifi, etc.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

You can park up to 4 cars outside.

- The hikes on the south and north balconies are easily accessible from the chalet.

Don't miss out on visiting Chamonix's iconic sites (10-15 minutes away by car/bus), such as: its pedestrian city centre, the Aiguille du Midi, the Montenvers station to visit the Grotto and the Mer de Glace, which offers a spectacular panorama.

You'll have a free travel card for the internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, an authentic, lively town center and a wide range of winter and summer activities (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
