## Logement
Located in Chamonix, the house measures 103m2, is bright and has 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with a double bed, which can be converted into 1 or 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms and a nice lounge area to relax in after an intense day of skiing. It has a high speed Wifi connection and a space where you can work.
The living space is wide open onto a rural, alpine environment. It offers panoramic views of the valley's glaciers and mythical peaks. The garden is in continuity with Chamonix's historic old ski runs (sledging, snowshoeing, hiking from the chalet). It is located in a quiet area, close to the town center and 10 minutes from the nearest ski resorts.
You will have everything you need to have a great stay. The chalet is very well equipped: parking, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dryer, fondue machine, raclette machine as well as crepe and waffle maker. A baby bed is also available.
You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the resort! The area is very popular with hikers, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip. Special equipment is required in case of heavy snowfall (snow tires or chains).

Other touristic places are very appreciated: the Aiguille du Midi, accessible by funicular, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Numerous landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
