Relax in the beautiful Mont Blanc Valley! This stylish duplex apartment for 4 is in the Résidence Grand Roc and enjoys uninterrupted views of the mountains. It makes a perfect holiday destination all year round.
On the third floor (with lift), the apartment is tastefully decorated with an alpine feel with a contemporary twist. The open-plan living room is flooded with sunlight thanks to large glass doors that open onto a private balcony. The balcony offers panoramic mountain views. Back indoors in the seating area, there is an L-shaped sofa and a Smart TV. Next to this is the dining area, with a wooden table that seats 4. The kitchen is at the rear of the living area and is equipped with a cooker and induction hob, microwave, fridge and coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: The stylish master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and large, low windows.
Bedroom 2: This cosy bedroom has a bunk bed and chest of drawers.

On the edge of the village of Argentière, the apartment is just a short walk from all the amenities and a 5-minute walk from the cable car for Les Grands Montets skiing area. Argentière railway station for the Mont-Blanc-Express is just a 6-minute walk away.
The nearby slopes are ideal for intermediate and experienced skiers. Some of the higher slopes offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May. For younger skiers, the Panda Club is just a 2-minute drive.
During the summer months, the choice of activities is endless; stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding.
The village is home to some excellent restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. For self-catering, Argentière’s weekly market is on Sunday mornings (in season) for the freshest local produce. Chamonix’s market, Place du Mont Blanc (12-minute drive), takes place every Saturday morning throughout the year.
Geneva airport is a 1 hour 30 minute drive from the apartment.
