Located on the 3ᵉ floor with lift, the flat is fully equipped.
It is 100 square meters, includes 3 bedrooms with several storage and can accommodate up to 6 people.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy the mountain and all its activities. It includes :
- 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 2 bunk beds ;
- two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen
- a comfortable lounge area with a lovely dining area.
- a large balcony with access from the living room and bedrooms, equipped with table and chairs and boasting incredible views of the entire Mont Blanc range.
- There is also a bike room and ski room next to the main entrance.

You will have everything you need for an excellent stay: wifi, ski in and ski out, an outdoor area shared with the condominiums, indoor and outdoor parking, television, fridge, kettle, raclette machine, toaster, soda stream, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, induction hob, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

One of the main advantages of this accommodation is its location. It is ideally located at the foot of the Brévent cable car, which also links up with the Flégère cable car, 150 m from the ski school, the town hall and the town centre.
You can get around Chamonix on foot without needing a car.
For everyday shopping, there's a Super U and Drive supermarket just a 10-minute walk away.

## Emplacement

The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, a lively, authentic town center and a multitude of activities on offer in winter and summer alike. The Aiguille du Midi, the starting point of the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at an altitude of 3800 m, and the Montenvers railroad, which leads to the Mer de Glace, is another popular tourist attraction. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
