Welcome to Chalet le Pointon 3, a delightful 40 m² apartment nestled in the heart of Champagny-en-Vanoise. Located on the first floor, this charming space is perfect for groups of 2 to 6 guests seeking both comfort and convenience during their stay.

Step inside to discover two cozy bedrooms designed for restful nights after your alpine adventures. The first bedroom features two (90x190cm) bunk beds and a closet, while the second offers a double bed (140x200cm) and a closet for your belongings. The well-appointed bathroom includes a bathtub and sink, with a separate toilet for added convenience.

The open-plan living area is both functional and inviting, with a lounge area that includes a sofa convertible into a 160x200cm bed, a coffee table, and a dining area complete with a table, chairs, and a serving hatch. The kitchenette is a culinary haven, equipped with two ceramic hobs, an extractor hood, a refrigerator, a mini oven, a dishwasher, and essential raclette, fondue, and pierrade appliances, as well as comprehensive crockery.

Enjoy additional storage solutions from the handy closet in the entrance, and relax on the 12 m² south-facing balcony, where you can take in stunning views and soak up the alpine ambiance. The apartment also includes an LCD TV, garden furniture, a ski locker, and internet access to enhance your stay.

Bon emplacement L'appartement est propre spacieux et assez bien équipé.La salle de bain mérite un rafraîchissementCertains équipements de la cuisine pourraient également être changés. La region est toujours aussi belle et Champagny-en-Vanoise est tres bien situé pour faire de belles randonnées.

Un gîte agréable, bien situé, calme, aux portes du parc de la Vanoise. Un volume correct pour 2 à 4 personnes. Equipement cuisine un peu limité, avec petit espace cuisine. seulement 2 plaques de cuisson. Hors saison, pour les courses il faut aller à Bozel, même pour la boulangerie.

Appartement situé dans une résidence calme, proche de la piscine municipale et du centre-ville. Un peu petit en superficie mais très agréable, lumineux et surtout bien équipé d’appareils électroménagers pour bien cuisiner !
