When we arrived in our room, we discovered our 2 Queen size beds were double beds. Which are significantly smaller. One bed only had a sheet, (no blanket or bed spread). The other had a blanket and sheet, but no bed spread. There is a sink outside the bathroom. I thought, "how nice". Later at night, with the lights off, I was feeling for something in the dark and discovered this area was covered with some sticky substance. All in all, we are not impressed.

They literally have a list of cards that aren’t accepted! They refused to give my boyfriend our deposit because I had to leave early for work. I had to drive all the way back to get my cash deposit! The breakfast was terrible—overcooked eggs and sausage. They make a two-bed room with small beds when it’s supposed to sleep four people. Our bed was really small, and we had to pay more for a bigger bed! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in years. I will not be staying there ever again!

Bathroom and sheets were full of hair when we got there. Smoke alarm was beeping - had to call front desk to complain,had to have sheets changed and bathroom cleaned TWICE because still had hair all over the floor after first request. There was also part of a bandaid wrapper on the tub and everything was dusty. After we first called the front desk and didn’t get quick response, we just asked maintenance and housekeeping ourselves to fix things.

The pictures posted are nothing like the hotel. They have used AI pictures. The room had a foul smell, the carpet and sheets on the bed had stains. Very unkept.

Bathroom was dirty. Hairdryer didn't work. Ask for replacement did not receive it. What else about that place. Children running up and down the stairs during the night. ironing board did not have a cover so we couldn't iron our clothing. Tub was dangerous to get in and out of no handles to hold onto. Toilet didn't flush had to jiggle the handle. Ceiling over the tub was crumbling. What else oh mattresses were hard. Had a sliding glass door to a patio with nothing on it and no screen for the door.
