No comments with the staff. Our predicament focused on the atmosphere within the hotel. The thing that my family of 7 (include an ER doctor with a child and a nurse) were all non-smokers experienced an itchy throat and coughing at the instance entering the rooms. We felt the odor since entering the reception to the corridor till to the rooms Even the exhaust vent located in our bathroom was not working. The hotel staff vouched it when I called his attention. It's fortunate that my wife brought along a neb treatment to alleviate our coughing. Even if its a cold December, we have to slightly open the windows so that we will not be suffocated with cigarette smell and can sleep. My wife saw also crawling roaches in the bathroom. If we had stayed for more than a day, we would outrightly checked-out the following day after checking-in. For non-smokers, I personally not recommend staying in this place.

The rooms are spacious and they give dishes front desk is nice just has roaches and broken vaccum that dosent work laundry is high and drying tub was dirty when first entering room and so was the sink
