Here you'll find the peace and tranquility of the countryside and the convenience of being close to a major road: the Paris/Brest highway. The accommodation is just 5 km from the greenways (for cycling).
In the commune of Champéon, enjoy the walking trails starting right from the property.
Please note: the cottage is located at the foot of the N12 highway, but rest assured, there is no traffic noise, as the bedrooms overlook the courtyard. The cottage is on the first floor, accessible by a comfortable staircase.
