Enjoy 4 seasons of fun at this luxury/modern Ski In, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 story condo at 7 Springs. This condo features a walk-in entrance (no steps) to the main floor (kitchen, dinning room, living room, bath and bedroom). Easy to bring in all your essentials without a lot of hassle to begin your vacation.

**So many updates again this year!! All new flooring - no carpet, new dining room table, updated 1st floor bathroom, brand new master bathroom, new beds/bedding in all bedrooms, new Weber grill, desk, upgraded WIFI, new recliners and TV in master bedroom, new washer/dryer and much much more.**

**Ask about early and late check in/check out to take full advantage of your vacation. We offer what 7 Springs and other rentals do not. It is like getting an extra day! We will maximize your stay the best we can giving you the most value for your time on the mountain.**

Our condo features a new hot tub, 2 master suites (downstairs for privacy), fireplace, full kitchen, 2 decks, cable, WIFI, AC, washer/dryer all tastefully decorated in like new modern condition (not typical 7 Springs decorations). You can ski in via the Village Trail right to the hot tub/lower deck. Shuttle service is available directly across the street to take you anywhere on property. Located in the Woodridge community of the Villages.

Enjoy the best that 7 Springs has to offer all year around. In the winter skiing into the property (weather permitting), a short walk if you choose back to the trail or just take the warm shuttle bus. In the summer, the pool, playground, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts are just a few short steps away. In the spring/fall relaxing on the porch enjoying the festivals, hiking, hot tub and watching the leaves come and go.

The property is 1600 sq ft and is large enough for everyone to have their own space, but cozy enough to make new memories together. Upstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on the top and full on the bottom with a 3rd bed that pulls out. 2 master suites downstairs have private bathrooms and queen beds. Comes with an air mattress and plenty of space for sleeping bags too! We can typically accommodate people checking in early and staying late for your added enjoyment and convenience.

Safety and security is something you should not have to worry about when on vacation. We have a smart lock on the condo and every guest gets their own personal code for their stay. No Contact required to check in or out.

This truly is a family fun retreat for you to enjoy your vacation!!

Amazing stay!

We booked this property to celebrate my birthday and we were not disappointed! The property is exactly as described. Checkin and check out process is very simple and the location is great! The condo is very clean, beds were comfortable, lots of room to enjoy the space, the deck was nice, and the fireplace made it extra cozy! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place in 7 Springs!

Great location, clean and well appointed, comfy beds, excellent communication. Doug and Cris are super accommodating and made the process really easy. The condo really has everything you need. Hot tub was really nice. Can ski in but not ski out...only a very minor inconvenience because the shuttles (practically right out the front door) run about every 20 min...we never waited more than about 10 min to get on shuttle to top of mountain to ski out.

As usual, our stay was wonderful! The hot tub was perfect, the beds were comfortable. Everything you would need, from coffee maker to stove. The property is beautiful. The pool was inviting and the shuttle to Seven Springs was convenient! Thanks again guys! You made my anniversary trip perfect!

Family Getaway

Such a wonderful way to spend the weekend away with family before the start of the school year. This is a beautiful, spacious condo that is well equipped with everything you need. The hot tub was the highlight of the trip! Doug & Cris were very responsive & accommodating. We were close to the resort and the kids loved the pool nearby. Hope to return in the winter!

Great location and property!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! It was spacious, very nice inside, and the fireplace and hot tub were great! Cooking was super easy with so many utensils and pots and pans in the kitchen. Shuttle service to the mountain was very convenient, as was being able to ski down the trail to head back! Owners were very communicative as well. We had a great time!

Anniversary trip

Beautiful and Comfortable

Doug and Cris are great property managers with a beautiful place. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and living room are spacious for cooking and enjoying meals together, and best of all, the hot tub! Once we figured out the shuttle system it was a breeze to ski into the condo and take the shuttle either back down to the resort or to the "ski-in" drop off point. Everyone loved the place and we all agreed that we need to come back for a reunion.

Very nice!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean and had a good deal of space for our family of 4. Easy check in/check-out. We watched the moon rise every night from the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Mountain Home

We loved our stay at Seven Springs. The home was lovely with more than enough space for us. The owners were easy to reach and checked in to make sure we had all we needed. Seven Springs is a great resort with plenty to do. We also enjoyed exploring the area during rafting and rock climbing trips to Ohiopyle and the Frank Lloyd Wright homes.

Clean place

Very clean, nice condo and had plenty of towels and other items was very nice and hot tub was very good. Nice quiet area, but there are really NO good restaurants or even decent grocery stores close by 7 Springs. Wish we had known about the extra mattress under the bed before we departed :( vs sleeping on the couch. The extra air mattress leaked and didn't work for us. Suggestion might be to change Q beds to K's that they can be interchanged in to Twins........and also to purchase for coffee lovers that stay, a keurig coffee maker or at least buy a coffee maker that actually makes more than about 3 cups.......even tho it says "5" its def not 5.

Very cute!

My girl friends and I booked this place for low key girls' trip to get away during these stressful times. The condo was beautiful and the place was spotless! The owners were so kind, accommodating, and the check in & out process couldn't have been easier. The hot tub on the back deck was the cherry on top.

Weekend Getaway.

The Condo had everything that we needed (extra towels, condiments, detergent, shampoo/conditioner) everything that would need for your stay. Cris & Doug were very good with their communications. Check in/ Check out was easy, with letting us check in early and late check out with no extra fees. Hot tub was a nice touch at night. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.
