Winter Wonderland

Step into this wooded retreat and feel the pressures of everyday life melt away. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck facing a gorgeously snowy/ ferned forest. Walk across the drive to access the 18-hole Highlands Golf Club, or up to the top of the hill to swim in our private community pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. View the slopes lit up at night out of large windows in the two-story, vaulted great room. Board the shuttle in the morning, for immediate slopeside access. Make three course meals or just heat up a pizza in the sunny, well-appointed kitchen. There’s plenty of room for the family to spread out and still have screen time, with Wi-Fi throughout and Smart TVs in the great room, dining/ kitchen area, and an upstairs bedroom. Four toilets and two showers (one is a shower/ bathtub combo) ensure there’s never a long wait.

Four bedrooms sleep thirteen people comfortably, with room for extra kids to bed down on the floor. NOTE: Fourth bedroom (sleeps 4) is a loft, with its own toilet/ sink, and accessible by a ladder. Boot room entrance holds many skis/ poles/ boards in addition to shoes and boots. Amenities include: extra heating unit in great room, air conditioning, laundry machines, dish washer, mini drink fridge, games and puzzles.

Townhome is located in Mountain Villas community, adjacent to Highlands Golf Club, at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. Shuttle Service throughout resort is available to renters. Snow tube, ski, or snowboard throughout winter months. Mountain Villas has its own private outdoor swimming pool for you to use, or take a short drive to hike/ bike/ swim/ kayak/ creek/ fish at Laurel Hill State Park and Lake. Take your adventuring to the next level, with activities such as white water rafting, rock climbing, and mountain biking at nearby Ohiopyle State Park. Or immerse yourself in artistic wonder at Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling Water. Like shopping? Somerset has fantastic thrifting and antiquing, as well as notable markets. Notable restaurants throughout the region as well.

Basic supplies are provided (coffee, sugar, dishwasher and laundry pods, soap/ shampoo/ conditioner, toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, napkins), but be sure to bring some of your own if you expect heavy use. Insurance prohibits use of fireplace by renters. No raucous parties. No pets.
