Our stay was nice. It's not next door to anything that would cause an audible annoyance while you are trying to rest. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The front desk made sure we were taken care of. The only thing if I had to pinpoint something would be people allowing their doors to close by themselves creating a loud noise continuously. That's not the hotel's fault. More on the other guests with lack of common courtesy. I'd still stay here again if I needed a hotel in that area.

Excellent hotel

We were so pleased with everything about the hotel! The room was fantastic. You could not hear any noise from the hallway or the other rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the breakfast food was not good.

Nice Hotel…but Needs New Pillows

Nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Also, close proximity to many restaurants and convenience stores. My only complaint is the bed…or rather the bed pillows. Not sure what these were like when they were new, but I suspect even then there wasn’t much support, especially for a side sleeper. The amount of “fluff” if the pillows was pretty much non-existent. But…. Other than this, everything was great.

The maid services were horrible in our room. They did not replace the empty toilet tissue roll. They did not replace the hand soap at the sink, which was almost used up. We did not see any hand lotion. Maybe it’s no longer provided by Hilton. Basically, the only thing that they did was bring us some towels. After the maid services, when we returned to the room, my wife noticed hair all around the sink area. We are honors members, and we were not given a complimentary package (I.e., bottles of water). I had to go to the front desk later that evening to get our complimentary package. We were not pleased with services during this stay. Mr. & Mrs. Smith
