For the price was good had a pool lots of bedrooms bathrooms washer and dryer old and dryer did not work but they had them dishwasher seemed old and dirty but worked had all cooking supplies which was good carpet had lots of stains for the price was not that bad

thanks for your feedback - you booked our lowest economy / budget / basic home - the items in these units are a little older - we have lots of higher categories you can chose from - but as you state the price reflects the type of home - and the cheapest budget basic home does not have the luxury of our higher priced properties

check in was okay until i found a dryer full of towels that the maids didnt fold and put away and then from sunday through thursday there was a big issue with the smoke detectors they kept going off every 20-30 minutes and i tried to call i couldnt reach nobody i left messages and finally on the day before i leave somebody comes out and fixes the alarm so literally the whole 4 days i got hardly no sleep then i was told by expedia that all my fees were included i ended up having to pay an additional $97 and then the pool was not heated it was freezing cold but they claim the pool was heated so we hardly could use the pool due to no heat in it but other than that it was a good stay

We are sorry you experienced these issues - we did respond to the alarms however it seems this was only happening overnight when it was cold - the metal on the battery contracted in the cold weather and set the alarm off - but as the temperature rose it expanded and reset - so when we attended there was no alarm chipping. The pool heat is NOT included in the rental rate - we did advise you of this - it is an additional chargeThe property protection fee is a the security deposit that you pay - it is a purchase of an insurance at 97.70 - we do state this on our rental terms

We do have multiple home types - ranging from the budget home you booked - all the way to a platinum home. The home you booked is our most basic property type

My kids enjoyed being able to play in the pool and the house had plenty of space for the 5 of us so they had a great time m, the house was in a gated community so u would think our rental car was ok parked outside but it wasn’t someone tried to break into it and did damage to our rental car

I really did love this property a lot!!! I don’t think the heated pool was on that I paid for but everything else was wonderful and clean

thank you for you reviewwe double checked and the pool heater was switched on and appeared to be working ok - the water temperature was set at 82 degrees

I liked the area Close to Disney House was terrible had a smell from the carpets. 1 shower was broken We were 5 people with only 1 working shower for 6 days of the 10 They need pest control for the giant cockroaches Never again

We did not get any report from you while you were here about a shower not working ? There are 3 bathrooms in the home - if 2 were not working for some reason we would have had maintenance take care of it - but unless we get a report to tell us then we cant help - all the showers were working when we cleaned the home after you checked out - maybe there was an error with how you were using them as all 3 bathrooms have a different set up.Again on the cockroaches - we never had any report from you on this - Florida has a tropical climate and we do get bugs - however we employ a professional pest control company who would have attended if you had let us know
