We enjoyed our stay

Posted May 13, 2024 on HomeAwayI came to this lovely little lake house for a weekend with friends. We had a great time and the home was perfect for three adults. We caught a few fish each morning and enjoyed the view of the water from the house. Overall a great weekend!

Great Place
Posted Apr. 12, 2024 on HomeAwayThis is great for four people. The fifth and sixth need to be children. It's pretty small but very doable. Pretty much has everything you need in a lakehouse. No real complaints. Owner is super responsive.

Look forward to another long weekend

Thank you for sharing your little house by the lake with us. The views were spectacular as was the weather. The house is perfect for a couple to get away for a few days. Although I wasnt able to get down to the dock because I am on crutches due to a broken leg, my husband Louie was able to and took some breathtaking pictures from the dock. We had made our reservation prior to me breaking my leg and subsequent surgery but we made the best of our time there. Our days were pretty much just sitting on the porch watching the boats and enjoying the lake breeze and our nights were filled with laughter and fun while we played scrabble and yahzee. Thank you again for allowing us access to your house for a long, overdue vacation. We hope to return very soon.

Hidden gem

Winter Getaway

Beautiful Weekend
Posted Dec. 4, 2023 on HomeAwayWe loved this little getaway location! It is a sweet little cottage with a gorgeous view. We loved sitting on the porch rocking chairs and watching all of the lake life. It was so peaceful and just what we needed to get away from the stress of life.
The location is very close to Tyler so we were able to go there to see the beautiful Rose Garden, the zoo and visit some nice restaurants.
Next time, we will know to bring our fishing poles!

Air conditioning and steps

Also, the stairs to the upstairs bedroom were extremely dangerous. Not up to code.
We did enjoy the lake very much. Home was decorated nicely and was very clean.
