A world-renowned place that combines the relaxing sea breeze, the mystery of exploring the narrow streets of the Old Town and the experience of Cretan tradition and culture. Our priority is to be supportive so that our guests can experience everything in this fantastic city to the fullest.

This is an excellent, spacious, and tastefully decorated apartment in the heart of the city of Chania, just 50 meters from the famous fountain! It is airy with many doors and windows, bright and sunny, ideal for families, couples, or friends looking for an unforgettable stay with all amenities. It has access from a pedestrian street, keeping it free from the annoying noise of cars. In this large apartment, 6 people can be comfortably accommodated.

The apartment features a modern living room that is completely autonomous and independent, as a sliding door can isolate it if you wish. The luxurious sofa bed in the living room, with its unique charm, adds a sense of warmth, and when opened, it easily converts into a high-quality and comfortable regular bed (1.60x2.00). The living room also includes a dining area with chairs that comfortably seat 6 people. The living room provides access to a balcony with a view of the Chania mountains as well as the pedestrian street. Additionally, there is air conditioning, a 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV, beautiful spot lighting, and a work desk for those combining their visit to Chania with work.

The apartment features a fully equipped and independent kitchen (cooking utensils, fridge-freezer, stovetop, oven, French coffee maker, espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, etc.). Whether you are a food enthusiast or simply want to enjoy a homemade meal, you will find everything you need.

Splantzia Square, Firkas Fortress, and the Jewish Quarter are all within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. The Old Town of Chania, with its multicultural influences, lies at your feet and offers options for both entertainment and relaxation. From parks with sea views to traditional taverns, shops, modern restaurants, charming cafes, and atmospheric bars, it wonderfully captures the entire history and charm of Crete.
In front of the apartment, there is a pedestrian street which is quite quiet during quiet hours. The nearest beach where someone can swim, the Koum Kapi beach, is really close to the accommodation (500m), so get ready for some dips! Right next to the apartment are the "Stivanadika," the area where in the past most of the city's shoemakers made and sold Cretan boots. The modern market of Chania city center as well as the preserved Old Municipal Market are literally next to you! The atmospheric alleys of the Old Town around you, full of sounds of Greek and Cretan tradition, invite you to explore them.

We stayed in this apartment for a few days in Chania and had a truly wonderful experience. The place is very functional, clean, and fully equipped with everything someone might need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes all the necessary utensils, the living spaces are comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, and overall the apartment feels carefully designed to make guests feel at home.One of the biggest highlights is the location. The apartment is situated right in the heart of the Old Harbor, just a few steps from the sea and the central fountain. Everything you might want to see, explore, or enjoy in Chania is within walking distance, which makes the stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable.Another feature we absolutely loved was the two large balconies overlooking a pedestrian street. It’s the perfect spot to sit, relax, and soak in the atmosphere of the Old Harbor while watching the life of the city pass by. Whether in the morning with a coffee or in the evening with a drink, the balconies make the experience even more special.Overall, this is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay that combines excellent functionality with an unbeatable location in the center of Chania. We would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the charm of the Old Harbor.
