Our place is the perfect retreat for guests (up to 10) who envision dream holidays in an unrivalled position, enhanced by luxurious comforts cleverly blended in modern layout with Private swimming pool. The villa is divided in two levels with ground floor made up of a double height living area (with a high end 55'' 4K satellite Tv+ Netflix+ surround sound system), a dining room suitable for 8 guests, a kitchen, a guest bathroom and one bedroom with two single beds.
The ground floor is completely transparent, exhibiting an 11 m. wide sliding window system, removing the need for enclosures. A suspended steel and glass staircase leads to the upper floor with an opening- ventilated skylight along it, expanding upwards towards the sky.

The first floor has two bedrooms with en-suites and a private terrace. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat TV and a wardrobe. An extensive use of glass even in bathroom walls, gives a wonderful sense of transparency. Vast floor to ceiling openings bring the exquisite view into the house, while an infinity pool extends the living room towards the garden area.

Outside if the Villa Glass you will areas are an extension of the house with various sitting including sun-loungers, Bbq and dining area. At night, the space is lit up inside and out, exhibiting openness and clarity - characteristics that represent contemporary architecture at its best -. The design with no boundaries intends to epitomise a minimalistic, yet very functional and luxurious living with nothing left to strip away.

• Bathrooms
There are 3 full bathrooms, equipped with shower and bathtub. Of course, shampoo and soap are provided along with other toiletries and essentials!

• Kitchen
Just as you enter the premises, there is a fully equipped kitchen offers you all necessary amenities. Beautiful surfaces and counters give you this extra luxury feel and you can prepare any kind of a meal without any hassle! Dishwasher also available!

• Living Room and Dining Area
The living room has two sofas a coffee table in the middle and two majestic armchairs. The area is beautifully decorated in pale colours and textiles of elegant yet luxury aesthetics matching the furniture. Large windows offer a majestic view day or night and the balcony door leads to the swimming pool! The Dining area is right opposite and there is a TV and an air conditioner. The dining area room has also a direct access to the kitchen.

• Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms overall in the villa all equipped with a wardrobe, mirror, side table and in general all necessary furniture for a worry free and comfortable stay. All bedrooms are contemporary decorated in plain earthly colours with discreet pictures on the walls, curtains, lampshades and cushions! Fresh Linen is provided to all our guests for the duration of their stay! Needless to say that A/C controls the indoor temperature throughout the entire house. All our bedrooms have direct access to sun natural light, balconies/verandas and are easy and safe to navigate

Sitting in the outdoor terraces and balconies of this Villa will more than definitely make you feel that this is perfect place to relax with the village sounds and the mesmerising sea view.
