Villa Cristal is the perfect setting for a seaside escape just for you and your loved ones to enjoy, combined with mesmerising sea views and absolute privacy. Tucked between the bays of Marathi and Loutraki, Villa Cristal offers impressive view of the sea. Located on a property of 8000 sq. m., Villa Cristal residence consists of two independent buildings, rented together as one villa. The villa is the perfect choice for big families, a group of friends or even a destination wedding offering privacy and independence within your group. The two level buildings of Villa Cristal cover 360 m2 on 2000m2 landscaped exterior areas and accommodate 12 guests in beds.

Layout

Inspired by Regency style, the interiors of Villa Cristal have subtle accents of brass and gold. Upon entering the main building (pool level) you will find yourself in the open-plan layout, forming an L shape, of the sitting area, dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances which offers everything you may need for a self catered holiday. The dining area balcony doors open to the outdoor areas and views of the bays. Additionally there is a WC on this level. Taking the stairs leading down to the ground level of the main building you find yourself in a hallway elegantly decorated with accents gold and artwork influenced by the sea. There are two air conditioned bedrooms on this level both featuring a king bed (1,80 X 2,00 cm) with direct access to the garden with sea views of Loutraki beach. The bedrooms both have ensuite bathrooms with hydromassage showers, closets and 32" televisions. Finally there is laundry room is on this level.
Upon entering the pool level of the second building there is a sitting area with a couch and large glass doors exiting onto a balcony with scenic views of the sea. On this level there are two air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with hydromassage showers closets, 32" televisions and sea views. One bedroom features a king bed (1,80 X 2,00 cm) the other is also equipped with king bed each (1,8 X 2,00 cm), which can be . The stairs leading down to the ground level of the second building take you the kitchenette with the dining table and direct access to the garden and sea views of Loutraki beach. Finally on the ground level of the second building there are two air conditioned bedrooms with with en suite granite-tiled bathrooms with hydromassage showers 32" televisions with access to the garden and sea views. Two bedrooms features a king bed (1,80 X 2,00 cm)

The exterior of Villa Cristal is its best feature offering an unbeatable view of the sea The outdoor area includes: - A sun-splashed terrace with a 100m² infinity pool with a built in hot tub. The swimming pool can be heated with an additional daily cost (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice). - A barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area - Several furnished spots (with plenty of sun beds, ) offering comfortable relaxing spots - A path which leads to a rocky cove for a swim or a sun on the rocks - Parking space inside the Villa premises. - Last but not least, the whole outdoor area offers 100% privacy

The area around the villa

Villa Cristal is situated on a hill between the two beautiful bays of Akrotiri peninsula, Marathi and Loutraki,.
There is private access to a private spot on the rocks below the villa where you can follow the villa's path down to a rocky cove for a swim or a sun on the rocks.
Loutraki and Marathi beaches are only a 2 minutes drive drive from the villa.
In the small traditional village Sternes which is a few minutes away you will be able to find a mini market and a pharmacy but most of supplies can be found in Kounoupidiana (11 km away from the villa) which is the largest town in the Akrotiri peninsula
Furthermore, in the Akrotiri area you will find some remarkable historical monuments, century-old monasteries and churches, impressive caves with rich lithological and archaeological interest.
During your stay on Crete, don't miss the chance to visit Chania with its ancient port and lively waterfront eateries. Chania offers unique facilities and a wide variety of entertainment, sight seeing, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
