We loved this hotel! We actually extended our stay for an additional day. This hotel only has 7 rooms and Eleutheria and the ladies who prestar this hotel were amazing! Be advised that there is no parking around this hotel as it's in the pedestrian district of Old Town Chania so do your research about parking beforehand! Also, there is no elevator so I would advise not taking a large suitcase (as I did). I really felt like I was staying in someone's home here and I can't recommend this hotel enough! We rented a car but it stayed parked the whole time as everything is walkable. Also, Greece has lots of cats! If you're allergic, be prepared.

The room was lovely with a small refrigerator and kettle for boiling water. The area is closed to cars. Finding parking was somewhat challenging. Staff is wonderful! Kind, friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean

A warm and welcoming local hotel. Very spacious rooms and authentically charming. The opposite of a corporate hotel. Located in the heart of the old town. Important note; there is no parking near any hotel in the old town. Street parking is a 15 minute walk

Excellent location, the superior suite is a beautiful, spacious room with a large seating area, kitchenette and fridge. Complimentary drinks, snacks and toiletries were included. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Stayed here twice now and we’ll probably come back again.

Eleutheria and the staff made us feel welcome and safe. The place is conveniently located so you can walk around without needing a taxi. Our room was always clean. Also, we were able to purchase excursions with the staff’s assistance. Our trip was an unforgettable experience and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Eluetheria, Roxani, and Tonia were all friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. The room was lovely and quaint, built into a beautiful old Venetian building. It was reasonably priced and close to the harbor. We highly recommend it to anyone.

We travel a fair amount and have never been taken care of so well. The owner greeted us warmly, gave us an overview (and a map!) of the neighbourhood with the best places to shop and eat. The room was impeccable, well-appointed and had all amenities one would expect plus extras. We had a lovely stay and an to come back to Crete with friends and stay at Palazzo di Pietro again. Amazing staff, location and room

Historic palazzo

The Venetian history of the building is incredible. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Location is perfect for exploring Chania. The advice of our host for things to do and see never missed the mark. The only negative was car parking. You can’t drive in old town and there is limited parking nearby. Be prepared to walk to and from your car.

This will forever be my place to stay in Chania. Having been before, nothing will compete with the hospitality, kindness, location and ability to book other opportunities through the host. I’ve been to 56 countries and I rate this location as top notch. It’s not a 4 Seasons. It’s culture, family owned and is everything you need if exploring the city daily without needing the host to bow to your every desire. Even though she does. Rebuilt after WW2, her father passed on the amazing hotel that stands. We also booked a taxi and moped through the host with ease. Along with plenty of recommendations.

A few minutes walk to the old town port. Pleasant and knowledgeable owners involved with operations. The rooms are immaculate and romantic decorated with fresh flowers. Champagne, raki, and fresh fruits are supplied at arrival at no cost. Nice spacious bathroom and bathing accessories. Excellent room airconditioner and a great refrigerator w/ freezer to keep water frozen during those hot days when traveling to the various beaches/excursions. A balcony with table and chairs to observe the street action. Parking is available by Talos square a few minutes walk from the establishment (driving at the old town is limited). Restaurants, shops and supermarkets are nearby. It is a great place to enjoy the old town ambiance in Chania and watch the spectacular sunsets. The owners greet you upon arrival and provide all information needed to make for a wonderful stay. We would stay here again!

This is a beautiful place to stay. The host and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the town and its history. It is in an excellent location close to the old harbor. They have a wonderful garden space on the top floor. Our room had a kitchenette and the fridge was stocked with water, fruit, and other drinks. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect. I highly recommended staying here if you are in Chania.
