Villa Clio with amazing views ot the sea and sunset

This vacation home villa rental is just a few meters from the sea. It has stunning views to the sea and the sunset. there is a private terrace area and gardens surrounding the pool to one side of the property. This holiday villa consists of a large sitting/dining room with a fully fitted open plan kitchen at one end. The kitchen has a full size cooker with an oven and a dishwasher, and sufficient utensils for all your cooking needs. From the sitting room, three to four steps lead up to a hallway and all the bedrooms and the two bathrooms are off this hallway. Two of the bedrooms are twin bedded and the other has a double bed and of the two attractive good size bathrooms, one has a shower and the other a bath and a jacuzzi. A washing machine is provided in the bigger bathroom. The property is fully air conditioned and a satellite TV is provided in the sitting room. The villa is located in the area of Stavros, just 15km from the picturesque city of Chania. The villa is built within a private land of 4 acres. Within the private land there are two villas, villa Clio and villa Penelope which is positioned on the front and right side of villa Clio. The specific area in general has 5 holiday villas in total one very close to the other however all of them has its private land. Beautiful property!
We thoroughĺy enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. It had everything we needed including comfortable furniture, which is not always the case. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Giorgo was a very good host!

Everything worked.
This is a nice villa to stay for your vacation. Everything was working, including the internet and the espresso machine. The pool was constantly cleaned and checked on a daily basis. All rooms are air conditioned which becomes very important when the temperature stays over +30C every day. We also got a very informative and useful email from the owner about the places to go. I can definitely recommend this villa.

Beautiful setting
My wife and I were overwhelmed by the incredible beauty of the sea and the surroundings. The Villa is perfect and the host goes above and beyond to make your experience unforgettable. He is also extremely honest being that we mistakenly gave him an extra 50 Euros to pay for the Villa and he quickly contacted us and made arrangements for his wife to bring the money all the way back to us. Thank you George! We will most certainly be back and will recommend you highly to all that are interested in an amazing trip to Crete!

Es ist ein schönes Haus und der Blick auf das Meer ist wirklich toll. Leider sind die Strände nicht ganz so schön und ohne Auto kommt man nicht zum Einkaufen, zu den den Restaurants und Stränden.

Je conseille cette location, la villa Clio était très confortable et d'une propreté exemplaire. (service de nettoyage 2 x semaine) Pour ma part, c'est le plus bel endroit au alentour de Chania.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Man kann direkt auf das Meer sehen. Der Ausblick ist phänomenal. Die Nachbarn der insgesamt 4-5 Villen kann man gelegentlich hören, haben wir aber nicht als störend empfunden. Es war herrlich entspannend am Pool, welcher zwei mal wöchentlich gereinigt wurde. Kontakt mit Verwalter / Besitzer verlief unkompliziert via Mail / What's App. Am Ankunftstag wurde für eine super Erst-Verpflegung gesorgt, da wir erst sehr spät ankamen. (griesch. Salat, Mousaka, Wasser , Bier, etwas Süßes) Lage ist superschön allerdings lässt der Zustand der Strassen und die direkten Geschäfte in der Nähe noch "Luft nach oben". Ohne Leihwagen nicht zu empfehlen. Deshalb ein Punkt Abzug. Grundsätzlich aber: Klare Weiterempfehlung

Merveilleux
Magnifique villa située dans un très beau coin de Crête en plein développement. La villa Penelope est visible mais l’agencement permet de préserver son intimité et profiter pleinement de la magnifique piscine et de la superbe vue. Accueil agréable du propriétaire malgré le gros retard de notre vol. Accès facile, il y a même un éclairage nocturne des routes aux environs de la propriété.
