เกือบจะดีหมดทุกอย่าง ขอตินิดเดียว ตอนไปเช็คอินได้รับกุญแจขึ้นไปเปิดห้อง เจอห้องใช้แล้วยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด เลยแจ้งพนง เปลี่ยนห้องให้ใหม่ ได้ห้องติดกับถนน เสียงดังมากแทบไม่ได้นอน ดีมีเคอร์ฟิวมาช่วยไว้หน่อย ตี3 รถกลับมาวิ่ง ที่เหลือดีหมด อาหารเช้าเยี่ยม มีโอกาสกลับไปพักอีก

If staff would be as nice as the building!

It took me quite some time to find this brand new and big Hotel. There was no help at all to bring my luggage in the room. Worse: the restaurant was closed and a restaurant in the neighbourhood was at 3 km: noisy, and low quality service from "farang-haters". Friendliness could definitely be better but qua infrastructure: it has it all! And as usual with so many Hotels in Thailand: English is a big problem! Even at the reception!!!

Very nice, comfortable and CLEAN! Staff is friendly and helpful. I have stayed in family room, the bedroom is pretty quite as there are two doors to prevent sound from the road, but in the living area you can still hear some noise from the road. There are two toilets separate from shower room which is nice when someone is showering, you can still have two toilets to use. However, one bathroom has a bit of a smell (from the pipe, i think). If this could be fixed, this all would be perfect! Would be nice to add coffee/tea and kettle in the room too.

Nice clean city hotel. Breakfast is awesome. We had to carry our own bags while checking in, though. No helper to be found and the check-in counter did not seem to think this is an issue.

Good service. Hotel is beautiful and has nice decorations. Clean and nice room, but the room can’t protect noises from outside. It’s a little bit noisy if people talking loudly. Breakfast was great and delicious.
