Did not have bath towels in the room when we arrived late. I went to ask about getting some and the office was already closed. The next morning we said there were no bath towels when speaking with the office staff and they disputed us, saying they were on the bed when we arrived (there were none). Another staff member overheard and gave us a couple towels to use. Also, tv remotes did not work.

A beautiful hotel, approximately a 15-20 minute walk to the Centro. The property is beautifully maintained with flowers and flowering shrubs. A lovely lawn area near the Lake Chapala waterfront, with swimming pool, lounge chairs, outside banos, etc. Also an excellent place to birdwatch along the lake edge. My room was super clean and spacious, with kitchenette and jetted tub. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short but I would definitely stay there again. The villas are large and clean. The pool area was my favorite part since can actually see the lake in the background.

My wife and I arrived before check in time. And reception person send us to a waiting area mention that they will call us when room is ready. They never call us. Room was terrible. A very depressing place to stay. Terrible room and amenities.

Lovely property

A very pleasant stay. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Pleasant lake view from the property. Highly recommend. Suggestion to property to clarify the hours when front desk is open, and only ask people to pre-arrange checkin if arriving outside of those hours. Registration fine print said to arrange checkin time 72 hours in advance. Communications received while trying to arrange this were unclear. Ultimately, we just showed up at the property around 1pm, hoping someone would be there. Indeed someone was there, and even let us checkin early since the room was ready, which was wonderful. Much appreciated! We enjoyed our stay.
