Beautiful, elegant, and stylish building and great staff. The Hyatt is less than 2 miles from UNC Chapel Hill Hospital, where we had an entire day of appointments. Coming up the day before and being at the Hyatt helped to prepare us physically and mentally for the long day of medical appointments.

The room we had on floor 2 was poorly put together. The sink shook every time we turned it on. We saw some bugs and were “upgraded” to floor 5. It was the same exact room but the bathroom sink didn’t shake. There was a bug in that room also.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Every staff member was so nice, helpful and professional. The best thing were the pillows. I loved them! Also I would love to know where I can buy them.

Very modern and clean. Breakfast is not brilliant but the french toast was wonderful. Added convenience of EV and Tesla chargers.

Very friendly staff and king suite is exactly what we needed ! Extra pillows and blankets. Very quiet and 3 min drive to UNC ! We will book again !
