Melissa made the check-in experience wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful! She recommended the Chill 'n Grill and I went there for dinner. My room was so lovely, it literally made me gasp when I entered it. I looked exactly like the pictures and was spacious, beautiful and comfortable! Thermostat in room was not functional as I couldn’t adjust it. Room temps varied from 65 to 78 at one point and I couldn’t sleep well because I kept having to get in and out of the covers. Staff was what i expect of a Hyatt property but the room temperature issue was a big deal.
