We were on the second floor and there are no elevators. This was a problem. There were two body lotions in the show and one conditioner. No shampoo or body wash! Carpet on stairs stranded and frayed. major stains on carpet.

We believe an employee was living in one guest room on 2nd floor along with her screaming child. Breakfast was okay. Bathroom had hair on floor that wasn't mine nor my husbands because of length and color. Obvious updates needed, especially the carpet in hallways and stairs. It was a quiet location not far from town which was nice for sleeping. Great hot water in shower with nice water pressure but floor of shower was in need of a good scrubbing!

Pool and hot tub were excellent and open until midnight. Nice bed. Jacuzzi tub in the room. Didn't use. Staff friendly and helpful

It wasn’t terrible. It did feel a bit dirty in the room (mostly carpet). The staff was great and the Continental breakfast was pretty good. The pool area was also nice. It could be much cleaner but other than that, it was a decent stay for what we paid.

Bald Eagle was a bonus of AmericInn experience.

Only room available that was both pet-friendly and had a pool! Came here for business and leisure, and will stay again in the future. Rooms were clean and ample parking. Pleasant staff and well maintained.

Room was not as advertised. It states the room holds 5 which to me means there is a sofa bed or something else besides the 2 queen beds. There was nothing else in the room. Also appeared to be some black mold in the bathroom.

The pictures on the web were nothing like the actual property. Exterior was peeling, windows were fogged up, mattresses needed to be replaced, the carpet felt wet, sink and shower wouldn’t drain, musty odor, the caulk around the toilet was yellow and mostly missing. We planned on 2 nights but checked out the following morning.
