No ice. Toilet didn't work. NO hot tub. Pool was closed. Overall a bad experience.

Hot tub has been down for months, many bulbs are burnt out in pool area, ice machine was out of commission (new issue(?)), Lampshade in room is disintegrating - mostly what I'd consider minor issues, but don't convey a sense of good maintenance
