My issue is with Hotels.com and a little bit with actual hotel but overall a good experience. Hotels.com has listed as pets stay for free but they do not. It is a 25 NON REFUNDABLE FEE not deposit. The hotel staff blamed hotels.com which as a guest I feel thats between you, i should not eat that cost and i did pull up and show proof. That brought the rate to 125 a night and for that amount, no extras, no breakfast, I may have booked elsewhere. I was also woken at 8am by housekeeping who then just walked into my room without knocking at 1030. Very clean...polite staff.

Last stay was great. But this time was just ok. The room rate was amazing, but housekeeping never came. I know requesting new towels is a thing but I would have thought staying 3 nights would have justified at least one cleaning and new towels but that never happened. Boasting 100% sanitation rating yet never cleaning my room in 4 days seems unusual. I was also never greeted, just felt ignored. The most staff interaction happened at check in. Will probably go elsewhere next time, to at least get some basic hotel amenities and a place where I feel welcome.
