The area around the property was a bit suspect. It's next to the bus station. People were hanging out on the sidewalk as you exit the building. The service was a bit slow at check in. At check out, I was unable to pull up the link on my phone to validate my parking to have valet retrieve my car. Valet was in no hurry to assist me and I waited 45 minutes to get my car. The hotel and room were good and clean. The beds were comfortable. The room decor was nice and modern. Overall, I would stay here again but would hope some of the issues get addressed.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We received a free upgrade to a balcony room. It was spacious and the tv had a decent amount of channels. Food at the restaurants were delicious. Also, this hotel boasts the highest rooftop bar in Charlotte. Up the block is a Walgreens and also walking distance to other restaurants and venues.
