A wonderfully charming home - lovingly remodeled and beautifully furnished - in one of Charlotte's only historic neighborhoods that's a short walk to uptown. Easily walk to center city in 10 minutes, Elizabeth in 5 minutes, and the popular Sugar Creek greenway in 2 minutes.  You'll be close to all major freeways, and a 5 minute uber ride to all that Charlotte has to offer.

The Space:
This is truly an excellent location in the heart of the city. You'll be centrally located right in the middle of Charlotte's most popular neighborhoods, including Dilworth, Myers Park, Elizabeth, and Plaza Midwood.  And best of all, the home is situated on a wonderful, quiet, tree-lined street for the perfect home-away-from-home experience.  

This home has been fully remodeled with brand new bathrooms, brand new kitchen, and brand new everything.  The huge wrap-around front porch will let you experience true southern living, complete with rocking chairs for sipping coffee, drinking cocktails, and catching up with friends and family.  The large backyard is fully fenced in for privacy and comes fully equipped with a stone firepit, lots of seating, and charcoal grill. There is a driveway (two cars) and additional free street parking in front of the home if needed. I am available for questions or help at any time. Contact me as much or as little as you'd like :)

This is a beautifully redone home. We stayed on a work trip. The home is exactly as the pictures describe. Its beautiful. From the back yard you can watch the planes flying in and out. And the porch is awesome. The only thing missing in this home was a couple of tvs. Its a good location. The neighbors are nosey thou gh. more tvs. drw

Cozy - just like home!

This home was cozy and spacious at the same time. Bedrooms were large and peaceful. Home has been updated and sitting on the porch was delightful, but the furnishings on the porch could be updated as well as the leather chairs in the living room. Not comfortable for long sitting periods. Close to stores and nearby stadiums.

Short girls weekend

My friend and I stayed for a short girls weekend and it was perfect! We didn't want to leave. The location is great. Doesn't seem like it would be a quiet street, being so close to town, but it was so quiet and peaceful. Will totally stay again!

Roomy home with updates.

We enjoyed our stay however laundry bags which stayed on porch for a few days and deliveries we had to bring in was unusual and a little disappointing for price point. Older home with character, yard not fully fenced in. Neighborhood good if you stay heading one direction, other direction gets questionable very quickly. We had an issue with bees which reported and were told would be addressed upon check out. Laundry room and multiple baths very handy as we had our grand son, daughter and SIL with us.

Fantastic Family Reunion and Holiday

Stayed Thursday through Easter Sunday with spouse, child, MIL, and sister, and really enjoyed this property. Beds very comfortable, and neighborhood very quiet. We especially liked that one bedroom has two queen beds, allowing us to share one bedroom. Even though the square footage isn't huge, the floorplan is really nice, allowing space to hang out together or have privacy. Very peaceful home with nice natural light. The dining room was especially accommodating as we had a few other family members over to celebrate a special birthday; had room for 10 at the table. Weather kept us inside most of the weekend, but the outdoor seating spaces are also cozy. Mostly used Uber due to the rain, but Target, Trader Joe's, and other shops are nearby, and we felt safe and comfortable walking the neighborhood. Owner was quick to respond to all questions. Thank you for a memorable weekend!

Short and sweet stay!

Very much enjoyed our one night stay at this beautifully decorated home! Beds were super comfortable and the rooms are so spacious and homey. Communication with the host was fantastic and very friendly and they had no problems accommodating our requests! A good choice for anyone traveling to Charlotte!

Great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay in Charlotte. We were thrilled to find that the house was less than a mile from Trader Joe’s and restaurants where we had reservations. The house was immaculately clean, had everything we needed and was as described in VRBO. The mattresses were a bit firm for my family however some who like a firm bed would enjoy them. Having 3 restrooms available was a big plus. Over all definitely worth the price! Thank you!
