We came in on motorcycles and it was hot we wanted to park the bikes to walk and have lunch, the staff let us check in early however the bikes couldn't go in the parking garage. The staff assisted with parking in front of the hotel in a cove by the lobby. The hotel was clean, the staff were great, from the concierge to the janitor, it was centrally located to EVERYTHING however due to the motorcycle parking we probably won't return in the future.

Hotel is clean and in a good location. We didn’t sleep much either night we stayed. Loud neighbors both nights. Informed the front desk the second night and they came and asked them to lower the noise level. We will probably not stay here again.

It was a beautiful hotel, wasn’t aware of the construction being done on the exterior. Wanted to take photos in Front of the hotel but other than that everything was great especially the staff

My stay was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—they really went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. The entire hotel was spotless, from the lobby to the rooms, and the attention to cleanliness was obvious and appreciated. One of the highlights was the pool—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Also, the location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short walk to Bank of America Stadium, which made it super easy to catch the game without worrying about parking or traffic. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Charlotte, especially if you’re heading to an event at the stadium!

Did not enjoy stay. AC was loud all night and didnt work. When we checked in the receptionist made a big deal about complimentary breakfast. This morning (after they opened up 30min late) the ladies at breakfsst after they got done chatting amongst themselves and rolling their eyes told us we didnt have complimentary breakfast. They proceededto tell us everythingthey didnt have in stock which was half the menu. Will not stay here again. Very expensive and staff is rude.
