Very Nice Condo

The condo itself was very nice; however, the noise from the neighbor upstairs—who I swear was walking laps between 1 a.m. to 5 a.m.—kept me awake. If you're a light sleeper, I’d strongly recommend booking a top-floor unit to avoid this issue.

Katie was able to accomodate our needs for a condo at the last minute due to changes of my son's wedding due to Hurricane Helene. The unit was great with view of the water. Convenient to the nice restaurant next door where we did a post wedding brunch . Occasional noise from the delivery vehicles and trash collector for the restaurant next door, but not bad . And we could have used an extra dishwasher pod. Otherwise everything was great and we had a wonderful wedding weekend!

Great location, roomy and comfy condo

We had 6 women stay 4 nights. Great location, especially the restaurant right next door. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Some extra paper products would have been good. Slight old smoke smell, but not all of us could smell it. Patio was nice, but not very clean. But it is subject to elements. Loved watching rain storm over the bay from there. It's on 2nd floor so some stairs are required. There is an elevator, but it wasn't working consistently so we didn't use it. Pool was great. Katie answered questions and phone calls immediately. Very nice! We would stay there again!

This condo had everything we were looking for! It was clean, stocked with cooking supplies, etc. Everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable and the patio is so quaint overlooking the water. The owners were very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

Property was very clean and well equipped. Very convenient to activities in Cornelius. The covered porch was relaxing with a scenic view of the lake. Enjoyed the restaurant next door that was an easy walk. Our family will definitely return!

Spacious with morning noise

Property was clean and as advertised. The one slide drawback is that it’s next to a restaurant. You cannot see it because of the trees. However, just before 8 AM every morning A delivery Sam I would arrive at the restaurant, backing up making a beep - beep sound. Then it would sit there with its air conditioner running the refrigerated back in for about a half hour or so. For those of you that like to sleep in, this is not the unit..

Disappointed

We had high expectations for the unit based on the pictures and reviews; however, we were disappointed. The location was great with an outside patio overlooking the lake. The condo was clean but the toilet in the master bedroom clogged, the Tvs in the master and living room did not work, the coffee maker was broken and the fans in the patio and bedroom were inoperable. The dishwasher was also not usable. This unit has potential but is in need of work.

Midweek Visit

Highly recommend this location for a stay in the Lake Norman area. The unit itself is very comfortable. Three bedrooms all of good size, plus a very large living/kitchen area. The balcony is very comfortable with a very nice view. You will find yourself close to everything and not in the middle of anything. This will be the first place I look to when back in the area

This property was very well maintained and very well stocked with everything we needed. One problem was that one of the tvs froze up. We didn't call to report it because it was easy for us to adjust to not having it. The condo is roomy, comfortable and very nice.

Lake Norman visit

Condo is on 2nd floor with outdoor covered porch with view of Lake Norman. Rooms were good sized, beds were comfortable, master bed walk-in closet included pack ‘n play and brand new beach towels. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Unit access was easy with both outside stairs and elevator. Located in a quiet condo townhome neighborhood literally next door to Port City Club restaurant and a lakefront boardwalk. Publix and other shopping within a mile or two and very nice county park with paved hiking trails and public beach nearby. An easy 8 to 10 minute drive to Birkdale Village with upscale shops and several good restaurant choices. Enjoyed our stay and working with the property host. Would definitely stay again.
