Located in a quiet cul-de-sac away from major traffic. Plenty of places to relax or entertain your family. The master bedroom includes a full bathroom with double sinks and a garden tub.

There are cameras outside the premises. The garage, the backyard and the doorbell. I do get a notification the first time you arrive just so I’ll know you are there and I turn that off until your check out time. You will hear a beeping noise coming from the camera when I get that notification.

A nice cozy little house! The neighborhood is a bit crowded, but was not a problem and was very quiet. The house is an older house that has been somewhat remodeled, although very clean and tidy. We were in town visiting Carowinds so we were only there during nighttime hours. The place was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely recommend it for the price.

A tad bit disappointed in the stay.

I’m a tad bit disappointed in the stay. The house was ok, but it wasn’t particularly clean and had a musty smell when we got there (it honestly smelled a tiny bit like cigarette smoke), and a couple of other small things. The biggest thing was that a hot tub was listed in the amenities and the house doesn’t have one, I probably would not have booked this house if it hadn’t said there was a hot tub

Place was nice and clean. I did a last minute booking and she worked with me she was so nice and sweet let us check out late. She responded quick to any questions that I had. The area is quiet. Book the host is amazing she let me book this place and I will be back .

The Cutest House, Pefect for a Girl's Trip

I found this property and it was so quaint and adorable! It stands on the front of a quiet cul de sac. The location is good! It takes about 12-20 minutes to reach some food options and it's close to the airport. It was easy to check in and my first words when opening the front door was, "OMG this is so cute!" There's a living room with a bar set up, along with a flat screen TV. (SN: You HAVE to have streaming accounts if you want to watch TV. You can just login and don't forget to logout before leaving.) There's a small kitchen and dining room. There are little amenities like condiments and dish soap. (There was some leftover items in the fridge from what I'm assuming was a previous stay. Not a big deal to us, we barely used the fridge and the items weren't molded) The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable! I got some really great sleep! Lol. Be sure to bring your own body/hand soap. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets in the hall closet. My favorite area was the side patio (located through the door in the living room). There are two chairs and a little table. Communicating with the host was super easy and she was very accommodating! Me and my girlfriends loved the property! Every time I come to Charlotte, I'd rather stay here.

Adorable 2BR 2BA house that accommodated our weekend trip. Short drive to uptown and in a safe neighborhood. Comfy beds! Host was responsive and delightful. Would definitely book again!

Super cute home

We booked the home for our weekend in Charlotte to visit the Nascar Hall of Fame and go to the Packer vs Panthers game for Christmas. Home is cute. The get directions button takes you to the house next door but it wasn't hard to find once I entered the actual address into GPS. Beds are super comfy and house was very clean. I only have a few suggestions. Never using VRBO before we didn't know that we had to bring our own essentials. Coming from out of state this wasn't something we had planned to bring. Things like Shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with hand soap and hand towels to dry hands after washing in both bathrooms would be ideal. The one sitting room could fit a twin size bed in it to make the home actually sleep more people or allow kids to have seperate beds. Other than that the owner was super responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend and rebook if we are ever in Charlotte again.
