Overcrowded room left service clerk unable to keep up. Room was filthy, food was lacking, and coffee was continually out. We chose to go somewhere else to purchase breakfast. The next morning— We checked out at 4am and no coffee was available for our trip home. It was frustrating.

Everything was great. The room was warm and clean, and the breakfast was very good with fresh options. Overall, the hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place.

I made a big mistake booking through EXPEDIA...no refund when we had to leave one day early due to a snowstorm hitting.....we are currently snowed in with more on the way. EXPEDIA will never be my booking of choice. Sad policy not to at least refund a portion....weather conditions should be an exception to their strict, unheard of policy.
