Was expecting more from the pool area. No lounge chairs, towels never there (empty spots for towels) no hot tub. It wasn’t a very inviting area. Staff at check in was very short and rude, was a bit uncomfortable.

Great for Charlotte Spectrum Center Events
Publié le 6 mars 2024 sur HotelsThis is such an excellent location if you're going to the Spectrum Center. I got a great price. And the staff was helpful every step of the way. Downtown hotels can be intimidating, especially close to major venues, but the Hyatt House is easy to find and helpful when you arrive.

We’ve stayed at the Hyatt House many times. Staff is welcoming, love that you have valet, great breakfast, and bar staff. Also, the convenience to shopping, dinning and the spectrum Center.

I would have gave yall a 5 but I had to find somewhere to park because u guys overbooked. But other that the workers was great n the room was great.
