Really clean. Could use more staff in dining area there were always swamped

I liked the friendly yet helpful staff. The check-in process was great. The late night evening staff were all very friendly

I loved Staying here the 1st time we traveled to charlotte this time we’ve gotten a suite and it was so spacious the only issue was the parking they charge every time you enter the garage which is understandable but to leave and come back and having no available parking is a little unnecessary.
