Check-in and out staff was excellent, friendly, and personable. Made them aware the air conditioner in the room was not working and she was forwarding to maintenance. Housekeeping was very loud outside of the room and down the hallway despite being at the end of the hall and with a do not disturb sign on the door. Otherwise excellent property in a great location!

Our room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were there 4 nights. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. The pool was closed and looked dirty and the halls and elevators smelled musty. One of the days the staff called the room to let us know the water would be shut off for 2 hours by the fire department. So that was a rough start to the day and ended in a rushed 2 min shower. Id stay again though.

I have stayed a lot of Hilton hotels and the breakfast. There was horrible. There’s no meat. I think everybody came down for breakfast was looking for some type of meat. That was the only problem.

From moment walking up too front door smelt like urine we stay at home 2 a lot it’s our go to but this was worst one yet water was leaking under sink when we got their the toilet was not stable on floor comes with dishwasher and fridge ect the was no forks at all in draw like 2 spoons normally at least four to six glasses their were 3 bed was not comfortable needs to be replaced was just simply a let down from our expectations as we use this chain all the time

I like the property, but there was something that kept leaking onto the kitchen floor in my room. Also, the bathroom cleansing gel for the shower was pretty much empty.

The king suite is a must

We got the king suite and were in LOVE! The bedroom had a lot of space, ans the bathroom was huge. I also loved how the bedroom part was private with a door that locked. The kids said the queen pull out sofa was comfy. Room was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. Several business within walking distance. Breakfast was pretty good. Pool and gym were both great. Employees very friendly and welcoming. The only thing I would change, would be a bigger trash can in the room and pillows a little more firm. We will definitely stay here again.

We arrived late at night, and the front desk was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was perfect for everyone, including our picky eater. Being able to stay somewhere nice with our dog was icing on the cake!
