Mizo was fantastic-service and food. I did not expect an open bathroom (with the only privacy you get is when you're using the toilet) with no privacy for the shower. So for this sole reason I would not stay here again.

I enjoyed my mini vacation. The room was clean and practical (it had a robe and refrigerator). The hotel was overall nice and enjoyed the food and bar. I will definitely be staying again.

Amazing stay, only thing would have been to be told to validate parking every single time we left the parking garage. We were only told to give our info and they’d take care of it. Had to call to get it fixed when we received a notification that we owed for parking! Very clean and in a safe area! Would stay here again!

Booking Hyatt had me over the top excited because the pictures online sold me it’s was my husbands birthday we wanted The tub and view but upon checking in we realized that we were in the third floor terrible view further inspection the room we realized no tub trip ruined went downstairs to ask about just switching to a tub room was willing to pay extra was meet with no resolution so overall I rate my stay a one star very disappointed and on top of that I’m a club member
